Creator / Owner
The Old Man ("TOM"), as he is known, got into podcasting in 2019 as a Co-Host of the "Dreadnot928 Podcast with Rich and The Old Man".
He started his own Podcast in April of 2020 as a hobby and something to do. He fired it up with a couple of practice shows and put the hammer down. Inspired by Grammi to move forward with the podcast idea, the birth of "The Old Man's Podcast" happened, and it has not slowed down at all.
The Podcast has grown to unbelievable levels with over 1,000 Livestreaming Hours logged, and no end insight.
Retired from the Quality Assurance / Quality Control Industry in 2016, TOM is just enjoying life, hanging out with Grammi, and doing the Podcast. Good Times!!!!
“Living Life One Laugh At A Time”!!!
Co-Host / Producer
Not ever producing a Podcast before, the Old Man did two practice shows in the last week of April in 2020. Eric was one of the first to enter and call into those shows.
Eric and the Old Man clicked, and during the first official show, the foundation for the current show was established. The original TEAM was born and is still going strong!
As the Podcast took off, Eric started doing what he does best, getting the word out and telling everyone about the show, inviting the masses to tune in and follow the Podcast. People came and growth took off. It's because of Eric’s dedication and hard work that the Podcast has the following it does.
Eric lives in Georgia, and you can find him also Co-Hosting the Slightly Serious Show Podcast on Podbean.
“Inspiriting Others to be Their Best is a labor of Love”
CEO / CFO
If there is a Heart and Soul to the Old Man’s Podcast, it’s Grammi. She was the push and drive that got the Old Man to start his Podcast in April of 2020.
Grammi said “NO” when asked to Co-Host the Podcast created by The Old Man during the push for Eric to be the Co-Host/Producer. She recognized the chemistry between them and how well the they worked together.
Grammi would come into the Live Show chatroom now and then, and quickly became a fan favorite among our Followers whom she proudly calls her “Pod-People”. Always a favorite when she calls in, the Pod-People love it when Grammi joins the Live Show and goes after The Old Man, reminding him of who the REAL Boss is!!!
TOM has given Grammi the title of CEO/CFO of the Podcast and calls on her now and then to come down from her Corporate Office and fill in as .......... well, The Boss!! She also hosts a once-monthly Live Show segment on the Podcast called "Cooking in Grammi's Kitchen." She covers cooking, recipes, and Grammi's Kitchen Table discussions.
Grammi lives with the Old Man in Vancouver, WA and has been a Dedicated and Loving Wife since the year 2000.
“Love yourself so you can love others”!

She shares life thoughts, food, and nomadic cooking tips on Facebook and Instagram. She is pursuing a B.A. in Creative Writing. She writes freelance magazine articles and her work can be found in the May, 2023 issue of "Rootless Living" magazine. You can often find her buying too many books. Hello my name is Shannon Lynn Jordan and I am the newest member of the family. I am a native Texan who grew up in Dallas, but I currently reside in New Orleans, LA. I am a Graphic & Web Designer, Writer, Entrepreneur, Foodie and a Podcaster.
I had a Blues Show called, “The Monday Night Blues Hour”, and another Podcast called, Conspiracy of which I am on a permanent hiatus from to pursuit other opportunities such as starting my own business and joining the crew of The Old Man’s Podcast.
I do not believe it was a coincidence that I stumbled or chose to come into Jim’s show on that day, but more like a hidden quasi-Jungian persona that surfaced during the Agatha Christi like pursuit for my place in the future.
Life is not merely a series of meaningless accidents or coincidences, no, but rather it’s a tapestry of events that culminate in an exquisite sublime plan.
Ultimately, I have concluded that if we are to live life in Harmony with the Universe, we must all possess a powerful faith in what the Ancients used to call fathome, and what we currently refer to as, “Destiny”.
“Our choices in life, define our future”.
