You can't find a better podcast out there. Jim is an excellent, gracious, vibrant host, and I always learn so much from Shonda, who's incredible. The whole team on the podcast is great. It's safe for work and family-friendly, so you can listen to it anywhere. If you join live, the chatroom is a really warm, fun place to get to know some great people.
