The Creator / Owner of “Lagoonanuat Media Holdings” (LMH), Russ, started dabbling in podcasting around January, 2022. He started out just doing prerecorded shows and publishing them. In May of 2022, Russ started doing his shows Live.

Due to work scheduling and the pure joy of producing a Podcast, Russ began doing overnight hours on Podbean with his “Outside of Normal Podcast”.

Russ joined the Old Man’s Podcast Team as a Guest Co-Host/Chief Navigator for Tuesdays and Thursdays in July of 2022, and has proven to be a Great fit with TOM, Eric, Shonda, and Grammi.

Russ spent seven years in the Air force and sixteen years managing restaurants. Nowadays, Russ works overnight security while running his overnight podcast and building his Radio Station, W-LMH.
